Prices include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. There are no refunds for part-used periods: see our refund policy.
Questions
What counts towards my minutes?
Only turning a script into speech. Writing your own scripts, editing, arranging sessions and listening back are free and unlimited on both plans; only scripts written for you by AI have their own monthly count. Audio you've already made stays yours to play as often as you like.
What does "fair use" mean on Plus?
Plus is for personal use, and almost nobody will ever notice a limit. To keep the service fair and affordable, audio generation pauses if an account makes more than 10 hours of audio in 30 days, and picks up again as the 30 days roll on. Everything you've already made still plays.
What happens when my free minutes run out?
Nothing you've made is lost. You can keep writing and listening, and your minutes refresh 30 days after your first generation. Upgrade to Plus if you'd rather not wait.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Settings in the app. You keep Plus until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, then drop back to Free.
